The offset adapters you mentioned part # BWGNXA4085 and # BWTEXA4200 aren't exactly an apples to apple comparison. Reason being that when your truck turns relative to the trailer the # BWTEXA4200 turns with it which diminishes the 10 inch offset where you need it the most. Whereas the part # BWGNXA4085 moves the pivot point back 4 inches so it's offset, while smaller, is a more effective offset when you consider cab clearance.

The best way to select a replacement 5th wheel pin box, such as a Reese Sidewinder that provides better turning clearance for short bed trucks, is to use the original pin box manufacturer's part number.
